Shipping & Return Policy

This Policy explains our shipping practices for product orders and our No Refund Policy applicable to all product sales and completed services. Please read this Policy carefully before placing an order or booking a service.
1. Product Shipping — Overview
AA Skin Care offers free standard shipping on all product orders placed through our Website and delivered to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout; no coupon code is required. We currently ship to U.S. domestic addresses only.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends or holidays, are processed the following business day.
You will receive an email order confirmation upon successful placement of your order and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes for standard shipping are as follows:

California addresses: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

West Coast (OR, WA, NV, AZ): 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Central and Mountain states: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

East Coast and Southeast: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, delivery address, weather, and other factors beyond our control. AA Skin Care is not liable for carrier delays.
4. Shipping Carriers
AA Skin Care ships via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers at our discretion. The carrier assigned to your order will be noted in your shipping confirmation email. For order tracking inquiries, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier's website, or contact us at melissa@aa-skin.com.
5. Incorrect Delivery Addresses
You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, AA Skin Care shall not be responsible for the loss of that package. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier (i.e., tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after dispatch), please contact us at melissa@aa-skin.com and we will initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf. Resolution of confirmed lost shipments may include a replacement shipment at AA Skin Care's discretion.
If your product arrives visibly damaged due to transit mishandling, please photograph the damage before opening the package and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the matter.
7. NO REFUND POLICY — PRODUCTS
ALL SALES OF AA SKIN CARE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCT PURCHASES.
This policy exists because our skincare products are personal care items applied to the skin. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, and we do not accept returns on unopened products either, as we cannot verify product integrity once it leaves our facility.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this No Refund Policy.
Exceptions — Products: The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy are as follows:

Wrong item shipped: If we ship you the incorrect product (i.e., not the product you ordered), you may contact us within 7 days of delivery to receive the correct item at no additional charge, or a full refund.

Manufacturer defect: If a product arrives in a damaged, contaminated, or unusable condition as a result of a manufacturing defect (not transit damage or normal variations), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will evaluate such claims on a case-by-case basis and, if verified, offer a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.
To initiate a claim under either exception, email melissa@aa-skin.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. We will respond within 3 business days.
8. NO REFUND POLICY — SERVICES
ALL FEES FOR IN-PERSON SKINCARE TREATMENTS AND VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE SERVICE HAS BEEN PERFORMED.
Payment for services is due upon completion of the in-person treatment or virtual consultation session. By scheduling and receiving a service, you acknowledge that the service fee is non-refundable.
Service credits or rescheduling may be offered at AA Skin Care's sole discretion in limited circumstances, such as documented technical failure of a virtual consultation platform on our end that prevents delivery of the service.
9. Cancellations and Appointment Changes
Cancellations and rescheduling requests for services must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment:

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No charge; appointment may be rescheduled.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: A cancellation fee of up to the full service price may apply.

No-shows: The full service fee applies and any deposit is forfeited.
We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergency) at our sole discretion.
10. California Consumer Rights Notice
Under California law, when a business displays a No Refund Policy conspicuously at the point of sale and on its website, that policy is enforceable, and the business is not required to provide refunds (California Civil Code § 1723; California Attorney General Refund Policy Guidance). Our No Refund Policy is prominently disclosed on our Website, at checkout, and in this Policy.
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights with respect to defective goods under California's implied warranty provisions (California Civil Code § 1791 et seq.), or any other consumer rights that may not be waived by contract under applicable California or federal law.
